I have experience in helping brands stay connected with their customers and prospects by crafting professional email templates.
I have experience using a number of leading email marketing platforms including Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot and more.
My website design and development skills also allow me to integrate signup forms on to sites to increase contact numbers.

WOD is a global community for women in the workplace design industry.
I manage WOD’s mailing list via Mailchimp, which contains several thousand contacts that are routinely sent information on up-coming events and news.
Emails consistently achieve an impressive open rate of over 35%.

NOVA Acoustics

NOVA Acoustics is market-leader acoustic consultancy firm in the UK, offering services such as noise surveys, sound testing and sound insulation design.
In 2024 I began assisting NOVA with email marketing by first cleaning their list of around 15,000 contacts to maximise deliverability before crafting email templates that could be used for campaigns.

Over the years I have helped a number of businesses increase their social media presence by creating plans to keep track of when and where content will be shared, in addition to creating on-brand content.
