NOVA Acoustics is a leading acoustic consultancy firm offering a range of services including sound testing, sound insulation design and much more across the whole UK. In 2023, NOVA decided it was time for a brand identity refresh, including a new website that I was subsequently approached to build. Since then I've gone on to assist the business with digital marketing support.
Website Design + Build
NOVA’s old website contained in excess of 350 pages, all of which had to be fully re-designed one-by-one. In addition to the site being a huge upgrade both visually and in terms of usability when compared to it’s predecessor, members of the NOVA team are able to make changes quickly and easily as the site is built on WordPress.
The site contains detailed information on NOVA’s services, with pages optimised to increase SEO.
Functional Forms
The site contains several complex forms that allow customers to accept quotes digitally, book educational sessions with the NOVA team and request quotes for acoustic panel installation.
Technical Hub
The site contains a comprehensive ‘Technical Hub’, which offers detailed information on acoustics-related terminology, symbols, standards and more.
Projects
Over 40 projects are housed on the site that show NOVA’s work over the years, with new projects added on a recurring basis.
Social Media Graphics
In addition to managing the posting of content to NOVA’s LinkedIn and Google Business pages, I’ve created a number of on-brand graphics for use on social media.

Email Marketing
In 2024 I began assisting NOVA with email marketing by first cleaning their list of around 15,000 contacts to maximise deliverability before crafting email templates that could be used for campaigns.
