The Sustainable Design Academy – hosted by the Sustainable Design Collective – offers a learning and skills development platform focussed on the environmental and social impact of the design and architecture industry.
Website Design + Build
Having build the brand’s parent group (the Sustainable Design Collective) website, the founders approached me to build a learning platform which offers paid access to video courses featuring presentations by workplace design industry and sustainability consultants.
Sales Platform
Customers can purchase access to video courses for 30 days and login to the site to watch them during this time. Sales are managed by Stripe, allowing full control for the SDA team. Discount codes can be applied for promotions.
User Login
In addition to logging in to watch SDA courses, users can change their account details and billing information, as well as downloading past invoices.
Mailchimp Integration
The SDA website is fully integrated with email marketing platform, Mailchimp. This allows the brand to build their list contacts in order to send promotional content and discounts to their audience.
Social Media Graphics
I’ve created a number of graphics for use on social media, showcasing the various courses available.
Video Course Creation
In addition to building the SDA website, I’m also responsible for editing the video courses themselves. After being given the video recordings and presentation slides I edit them together and upload them to the site, making them available for purchase.
